Hindustan National Glass and Industries has sold a wholly owned subsidiary HNG Global GmbH for Rs 23 million euros (about Rs 175 crore) to an undisclosed buyer in Europe.
The company has said in a BSE filing that the transaction is expected to be completed by July 15.
It said that “Consideration to be received from such sale (is) 23 million euro.”
The company had in September last year, announced that it had entered into an agreement for divestment of its investment in HNG Global GmbH.
