A subsidiary of Tokyo based Hitachi, Hitachi Solutions India has acquired the IT solutions provider Ignify for an undisclosed amount.
Hitachi Solutions with this acquisition will add 450 more technical and delivery resource and expand its presence in the Asia Pacific region.
Hitachi Solutions America Business Solutions Group President and Global Chief Operating Officer Mike Gillis said in a statement that “I am pleased to work with the Ignify team as Hitachi Solutions expands its capabilities to help our customers expand into new geographies and industries.”
