IBM has completed the acquisition of Sanovi Technologies which is a hybrid cloud recovery and business continuity software firm.
The financial details of the acquisition has not been disclosed by the company.
IBM has said in a release that Sanovi Technologies is a privately held company which provides hybrid cloud recovery, cloud migration and business continuity software for enterprise data centres and cloud infrastructure.
IBM aims to integrate the Sanovi capabilities into the IBM Global Technology Services unit.
