IDBI Federal Life has acquired an office space in Marathon Realty’s commercial project at Lower Parel in Mumbai for Rs 111 crore.
Around 61,720 sq ft office space has been purchased by it, the office space spread over two floors in the ‘Marathon Futurex’ project.
It said in a statement that the deal has been registered last week.
IDBI Federal Life’s 450 employees will be occupying the offices on 22nd and 23rd floors of the tower.
Mayur Shah, Marathon Group MD said that “This is one of the biggest commercial realty deals in the recent time which instills the hope that commercial real estate is on track”.
