India has begun air bubble arrangements with different countries for operating flights. Under the air bubble arrangement between two countries, international passenger flights can be performed by their respective aeroplanes into each other’s territories following some conditions.
India will start air bubble pacts with 28 countries such as Afghanistan, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Canada, Ethiopia, France, Germany, Iraq, Japan, Kenya, Kuwait, the Maldives, Nepal, the Netherlands, Nigeria, Oman, Qatar, Russia, Rwanda, Seychelles, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Ukraine, the UAE, the United Kingdom, Uzbekistan and the United States.

The agreement with Bangladesh started on October 28, 2020, and was allowed till March 27, 2021, where Indian and Bangladeshi carriers were allowed to operate between the two countries.
