Indiabulls Real Estate has raised Rs 25 crore through the issue of non-convertible debentures (NCDs).
The company had in last month, announced that it proposed to raise up to Rs 200 crore by issuing NCDs on a private placement basis.
The company, so far, has raised Rs 131 crore in three tranches.
Indiabulls Real Estate has said in a BSE filing that “the operations committee of the Board of Directors of the company has allotted NCDs aggregating Rs 25 Crore.”
