Indiabulls Real Estate has raised Rs 500 crore by issuing non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on a private placement basis.

The company has said in a regulatory filing that “Operations Committee of the Board of Directors of the company has allotted NCDs aggregating Rs 500 crore.”

The amount is raised at a coupon rate of 9 percent for a tenure of 36 months.
