Inox Green Energy Subsidiary Wins LoA from NLC India; Shares Rally 3%

This is the country's largest wind order by any wind original equipment manufacturer.

Inox Green Energy subsidiary, I-Fox Windtechnik India Private Limited, has won an order from NLC India for the operations and maintenance (O&M) of 51 megawatts of wind turbine generators that are located in the state of Tamil Nadu.

The term of the contract is for 5 years with a revenue realization of Rs 40 crore to comprehensively operate and maintain the wind turbine generators (WTG), including a power evacuation system.

S K Mathu Sudhana, the CEO of IGESL, said, “LoA (Letter of Award) from one of the largest PSUs is an important milestone in the growth journey of Inox Green Energy Services Ltd. as well as of our subsidiary I-Fox Wind.”

He added, “We are progressing towards our goal of reaching a WTG O&M portfolio of 6GW by FY26, through a mix of organic and inorganic growth,”

For the April-June quarter, the company has reported a net profit of Rs 2.62 crore against the net loss of Rs 11.58 crore the company reported in the June quarter of the previous fiscal year.

The company’s revenue from operations saw a 3.38% YoY increase at Rs 63.88 crore.

At 11:20 am, the shares of Inox Green Energy were trading at Rs 68.30 or 1.97% above its previous close on BSE.
