Shares of Inox Wind Ltd are trading flat after touching a day’s high of Rs 125.97 on 15th December. This comes despite the company saying it has secured a 102.3 megawatt (MW) order from Aditya Birla Renewables’ subsidiary, ABREL EPC Ltd.

Inox Wind said this is the first order it has secured from Aditya Birla Renewables. It involves the supply of 3.3 MW wind turbine generators for projects being developed by ABREL EPC Ltd. in Karnataka. The company added that it continues to strengthen relationships with new customers while deepening ties with existing ones.

Last month, the InoxGFL Group said it remains confident of meeting Inox Wind’s execution guidance of 1,200 MW for the year. It also expects its margin outlook to be 18%–19%. While margins crossed 20% in the second quarter, the company is sticking to its full-year guidance. They anticipate a large part of the business to be executed in the second half of FY26.

Inox Wind reported its strongest-ever second-quarter performance, with consolidated revenue rising 56% year-over-year to Rs 1,162 crore. Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation increased 48% to Rs 271 crore during the quarter.

The company’s execution improved to 202 MW in the September quarter from 140 MW a year ago. Inox Wind said its order book stood at over 3.2 GW, providing 18–24 months of visibility. Meanwhile, order inflows for FY26 so far were around 400 MW.
