ITCONS E-Solutions Secures ₹3.03 Crore Manpower Outsourcing Order From Rajiv Gandhi National Institute Of Youth Development.
The work is due to begin on 12 October 2026. In plain terms, ITCONS will supply staff to the institute.
Manpower outsourcing means an organisation hands over the hiring and day-to-day management of some of its support workers to an outside firm, and pays that firm for the service.
Government bodies hand out this kind of work through competitive bidding. It is also the biggest earner for the micro-cap firm, which provides recruitment and staffing services.
This is its third government win in under 10 days. The first came on 29 September, when UP Power Transmission Corporation gave ITCONS a two-year manpower contract worth Rs 6.94 crore.
The second followed on 5 October from the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO), the body that handles retirement savings for salaried workers.
That one runs for a year and is worth Rs 1.93 crore. The new order sits between the two in size.
It is bigger than the EPFO contract and less than half the UP Power Transmission one. Add them up and the three contracts come to about Rs 11.9 crore.
The clients are quite different too: a power utility, a retirement fund body and a youth institute. All three orders landed between 29 September and 7 October.
For context, ITCONS reported operations revenue of Rs 87.74 crore in FY26. Government work contributed the biggest share of that.
The company also held its 19th annual general meeting on 28 September, a day before the first of these wins.
Shareholders approved Ajay Rana’s appointment as an Independent Director. The RGNIYD work starts in five days.
