Kirloskar Brothers, the water management solutions company said that one of its subsidiaries has completed an acquisition of Netherlands based Rodelta Pumps International.

In a filing to BSE, Kirloskar Brothers said,”The Kirloskar Pompen BV, Netherland, the company’s step down subsidiary in the Netherlands, has completed the acquisition of Rodelta Pumps International, Netherlands (Rodelta) on July 17, 2015″.
