Kolte-Patil Developers shares touched an intraday high of ₹484.90 on the NSE on Thursday after the company posted its strongest-ever project launch.
The company sold more than 600 apartments within just 60 hours for its new Pune project, “Vyana at The Reserve.” Those bookings added up to over ₹600 crore in sales, the best launch performance in the company’s history.
This project is part of a much larger development called “The Reserve,” spread across 20 acres along Sinhgad Road in Pune.
It’s a riverside residential project with views of the NDA hills, open green spaces and homes designed for easy living.
Kolte-Patil expects “The Reserve” to generate a Gross Development Value of around ₹4,000 crore once fully built out, spread over roughly 5 million square feet.
The company plans to launch it in phases rather than all at once, starting with Vyana. The current phase offers two and three-bedroom homes, along with amenities built around outdoor recreation, wellness and sports facilities.
This launch builds on an already strong run for the company. Kolte-Patil recently signed its largest-ever annual business development push in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, adding six projects worth a combined ₹6,000 crore in Gross Development Value.
Looking at the stock’s recent trend, it has stayed largely flat over the past month, but it’s up 17% so far this year.
That suggests investors were fairly patient with the counter before this latest trigger came through.
At 11:28 am on September 10, Kolte-Patil Developers was trading at ₹453.35 on the NSE, up 2.38% for the day.
The stock had touched a 52-week high of ₹554.60 earlier this year, while its 52-week low stands at ₹292.25.
