KPI Green Energy Inks an Agreement to Supply Green Power to 6 Companies

The shares of KPI Green Energy gained 4% after the company commissioned a hybrid power project in Surat, Gujarat.

On Wednesday, KPI Green Energy announced that the company inked a deal of power purchase to supply a total of 15.88 MW Wind-Solar hybrid power to six companies from its project.

Under the Gujarat Hybrid Power Policy 2018, the company would be supplying power from its upcoming wind-solar hybrid power project; the project comprises 16.10 MW wind and 10 MW solar Capacity at the Bhanugur site located in Bhavnagar district of Gujarat.

Recently, the company has undertaken a hybrid project in generating its asset portfolio, achieving financial closure of Rs 132 crores from the State Bank of India.
