Shares of Krystal Integrated Services Ltd were trading 4% higher on 19 August after the company announced it had secured a Rs 134 crore work order from MSRTC (Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation) for providing integrated facility management services.
The contract will be executed over three years and covers allocated regions in Mumbai and Chhatrapati Sambhaji Nagar, strengthening the company’s order visibility.
The work order was issued by MSRTC on August 18, 2026, with the contract value of approximately Rs 134 crore inclusive of all applicable taxes. Krystal said the order was received in the ordinary course of business and is a domestic contract. The company also confirmed that its promoters, promoter group and group companies have no interest in MSRTC, making it a non-related-party transaction.
Under the agreement, Krystal will provide Integrated Facility Management Services across the allocated regions. The company has not disclosed a detailed site-wise breakdown, the exact commencement date or the expected annual revenue contribution from the contract.
The latest order adds to Krystal’s growing pipeline of government and public-sector contracts. The company has been expanding its presence across facility management, staffing, security, catering and other support services, with government and institutional customers forming an important part of its business.
Krystal has recently secured several other contracts in Maharashtra. Its order flow includes facility management assignments as well as a consortium-based project under the Swachh Maharashtra Mission, giving the company exposure to both recurring service contracts and infrastructure-related work.
The market reacted positively to the announcement. Krystal Integrated Services shares opened at around Rs 635 on August 19, compared with the previous close of Rs 620, and touched an intraday high of Rs 647. The stock was trading around Rs 628.35 at 12:30 pm, up 1.35%.
