Shares of Krystal Integrated Services Ltd surged 6% on Monday, 6 October, after the company announced receiving two large contracts for Rs 157 crore from the Directorate of Education, Government of NCT of Delhi. The agreements, which cover sanitation and security services, are scheduled to last from 16 October 2025 until 15 October 2027.

The Rs 83 crore sanitation contract covers daily cleaning of classrooms, restrooms, outdoor areas, building exteriors, and stadiums at the Directorate’s educational institutions. Krystal Integrated Services uses sophisticated equipment and environmentally friendly solutions to provide high hygiene standards for thousands of kids, teachers, and staff across one of India’s largest school networks.

The Security Manpower Services 2.0 contract, worth around Rs 74 crore, would see Krystal deploy over 1,100 trained unarmed security officers throughout offices, institutions, commercial spaces, and residential locations under the Directorate.

The organisation will provide access control, rapid incident response, and constant monitoring to provide a safe and orderly environment for students, professors, staff, and visitors.
