Shares of Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd rose 2.5% to hit a day’s high of Rs 171.80 on 3rd September, after the company announced the signing of three new properties — Lemon Tree Premier, Pushkar; Lemon Tree Premier, Ajmer; and Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Ajmer. The properties will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd, on 2nd September.

Lemon Tree Premier, Pushkar, will have 96 rooms along with a restaurant, conference room, swimming pool, fitness centre, spa, and other facilities. It is located 39 km from Kishangarh Airport and 14 km from Ajmer Railway Station.

Lemon Tree Premier, Ajmer, will feature 78 rooms and several amenities. These include a restaurant, a lounge, a banquet hall, a conference room, a swimming pool, a fitness centre, a spa, and other public areas. It is about 30 km from Kishangarh Airport and 6 km from Ajmer Railway Station.

Keys Lite by Lemon Tree Hotels, Ajmer will offer 31 rooms. It will also have a restaurant, a conference room, a fitness centre, and other facilities. The property is 24 km from Kishangarh Airport and 2 km from Ajmer Railway Station.

CEO Vilas Pawar said the company is strengthening its presence in Rajasthan. They already operate 11 hotels and have seven more in the pipeline. He added that the new signings align with Lemon Tree’s strategy. They aim to expand across spiritual locations, a growing segment, while offering guests more comfortable stay options.
