Shares of Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd were trading in the green and hit a 52-week high of Rs 108.50 during the early trading hours on 21 August after the company signed agreements for two new properties in Odisha and Himachal Pradesh.

The company signed a hotel in Bhubaneshwar, Odisha, under the “Lemon Tree HOtels” brand that will feature 60 rooms, a restaurant, meeting rooms, a swimming pool, a banquet hall, a fitness centre, and other public amenities.

The hotel will be 12 km from the Biju Patnaik International Airport, Bhubaneswar and 10 km away from Bhubaneswar Railway Station, and is expected to be operational by Q4 of FY2025.

The property is signed in Kasauli, Himachal Pradesh, under the Lemon Tree Mountain Resort, which will feature 50 rooms and cottages, two restaurants, banquet halls, a recreation room, a spa and fitness centre, a swimming pool, and other public amenities.

The hotel will be 56 km from the Shaheed Bhagat Singh International Airport, Chandigarh and 10 km away from Kalka Railway Station, and is expected to be operational by Q3 of FY
2026.

Ltd. for our signing in Kasauli. The two additions under two diverse models align with our asset-light policy. These would expand our offerings in different parts of the country to cater to a variety of travellers in different destinations.”

Last month, the hotel chain signed a licence agreement for an 80-room property in Punjab and a 72-room property in Lucknow’s Gomti Nagar.

At 12:05 pm, the shares of Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd were trading at Rs 106.80 or 1.52% above its previous close on NSE.
