Shares of Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd are trading flat after touching a day’s high of Rs 162.63 on 16th December. This is despite the company saying on Monday (15th December) that it has announced the signing of its latest property, Lemon Tree Hotel, in Bandipur, Nepal.

The property will be managed by Carnation Hotels Private Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.

The new signing is expected to strengthen Lemon Tree Hotels’ presence in Nepal. It will cater to both business and leisure travellers with a value-driven hospitality experience.

Lemon Tree Hotel, Bandipur is located in Nepal’s Tanahun District. It is a historically preserved town known for its Newari architecture, cobblestone streets, and cultural heritage.

The hotel will feature 80 rooms, along with a restaurant and bar. Banquet and meeting facilities, and recreational amenities such as a swimming pool, spa, and fitness centre will also be available.

A 1,700-metre cable car ride leads to the hotel, which is at 1,030 metres. It offers panoramic views of the Himalayan ranges and the Marsyangdi Valley.

Guests can also visit nearby attractions, including the Khadka Devi Temple. This temple is known for enshrining a sacred sword. Enjoy activities such as hiking and cave exploration within a pedestrian-friendly zone.
