LTI and Mindtree announced the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) had approved the scheme of amalgamation and arrangement of both companies with respective shareholders and creditors. To determine the eligibility of Mindtree’s shareholders for the issue of equity shares of LTI pursuant to the scheme will be on 24 November 2022.

On a standalone basis, the net profit of NMDC fell 62 per cent to Rs 889 crore in the September quarter of FY23 as against the net profit of Rs 2342 crore in the September quarter of FY22. Total income went down by 45 per cent to Rs 3754 crore in the second quarter of FY23 from Rs 6882 crore posted in the September quarter of FY22.

On a standalone basis, the net profit of CESC of Rs 319 crore in the September quarter of  FY23 as compared with the net profit of Rs 340 crore in the September quarter of  FY22. Total income hit a high of Rs 3977 crore in the second quarter of  FY23 from Rs 3534 crore posted in the second quarter of FY22.

On a consolidated basis, the net profit of Greaves Cotton of Rs 32 crore in the second quarter of FY23, compared with a net loss of Rs 23 crore in the second quarter of FY22. Total income hit a high of 87 per cent to Rs 699 crore in the second quarter of FY23 from Rs 374 crore posted in the second quarter of FY22.
