IT services firm LTIMindtree has announced its largest-ever deal, which is worth a whopping $450 million, a seven-year contract with a global agribusiness giant that is aimed at driving digital transformation through artificial intelligence.
As part of the agreement, LTIMindtree will implement an AI-driven operating model to manage application services, infrastructure, and cybersecurity. The initiative will be built on platforms like SAP S/4HANA, ServiceNow, Microsoft Azure, and the company’s own AI frameworks to boost operational efficiency and global scalability for the client.
CEO Designate Venu Lambu called the win a “pivotal milestone” in LTIMindtree’s shift toward AI-led solutions, emphasising the company’s role in improving client productivity.
This major deal follows the appointment of Nachiket Deshpande as President of LTIMindtree’s newly created Global AI Services group, which is a strategic move tied to the company’s leadership restructuring under Lambu.
