Lupin has launched generic Oseltamivir Phosphate capsules, in the US market which is used fro treating influenza.
In a BSE filing the company stated that, it has launched its tablets after receiving the approval from the United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA).
Further the company said, the product is “indicated for the treatment of acute, uncomplicated influenza A and B in patients two weeks of age and older who have been symptomatic for no more than 48 hours, and prophylaxis of influenza A and B in patients one year and older.”
