Few Regulatory Changes by SEBI for all Investment Advisers

SEBI has issued a circular for all Investment Advisers in India that came into effect from January 01, 2020. We hope you all would support us to comply with all these regulatory changes.

–No Free Trial Activation: Free Trial cannot be provided to the customers from now onwards.

–Payment Only by Banking Channels: Payment can only be done via Netbanking/NEFT/IMPS/RTGS or UPI. Investment advisers cannot take payments by any of the payment gateways like payumoney, ccavenue, etc

–No Partial Payments: The payment for all the services has to be taken in full.

–Proper Risk Profiling: Risk Profiling is compulsory for all the investors and traders, so that they can receive the service that best fits customer’s profile.

Discontinuation of The Biggest Offer Of The Year

EquityPandit brings The Biggest Offer of the Year in January and July every year. Equitypandit board has decided to discontinue it FOREVER after this month due to lower margins.
