Mindtree, the mid-sized IT firm has received its shareholders’ approval for issuing bonus shares of Rs 10 each.
The company said in a BSE filing that a special resolution to issue bonus shares to equity shareholders of the company was passed as 99.99 percent of cast votes.
As per the statement, the shareholders have also passed an ordinary resolution to appoint Krishnakumar Natarajan as Executive Chairman and Rostow Ravanan as CEO & Managing Director with majority votes.
