Myntra, the fashion e-tailer has acquired Cubeit, the Bengaluru based firm for an undisclosed amount to focus on content aggregation on mobile.
Myntra has said in a statement that as a part of the acquisition, the team at Cubeit has been inducted into Myntra, making it an ‘acqui-hire’ that will further strengthen and expand the technology team.
The financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
Cubeit focuses on building mobile applications which allows users to aggregate content from anywhere, organise, view and share the same from a given location.
