NBCC (India) Ltd on Tuesday, 29 April, announced securing a Rs 130.58 crore order from the North Eastern Electric Power Corporation Ltd (NEEPCO).
According to the contract, NBCC would build a township project on a 21.66-acre plot of land acquired by NEEPCO in Umsawli, Shillong, Meghalaya.
Last Monday, the company announced additional infrastructure orders valued at Rs 64.67 crore. The work orders include three projects in key regions: Rs 29.65 crore for a hostel block at Sewa Bharti’s Vidya Mandir in Mandoli, Delhi, Rs 18.05 crore for infrastructure development at NALSAR University of Law in Hyderabad, and Rs 16.97 crore for developmental works at Dhamnagar College in Bhadrak, Odisha.
The company was given orders earlier this month totalling Rs 120.9 crore for the construction of a multistory court building in Gudivada, Andhra Pradesh, which will cost Rs 46.69 crore; a 14-court building complex in Bhimavaram, which will cost Rs 72.17 crore; and TEC Building renovation in New Delhi, which will cost Rs 2.04 crore.
To build data centre infrastructure, it and RailTel have signed a Memorandum of Understanding.
