National Building Construction Company (NBCC) Ltd on 17 June announced securing a Rs 172.5 crore order from UCO Bank.
NBCC (India) Ltd. has secured a work order for constructing a modern high-rise building for UCO Bank’s Head Office in New Town, Kolkata.
The project will feature a Green Building Rating and falls under the category of project consultancy services. NBCC specializes in project management consultancy (PMC) work for various government entities, with most of its contracts awarded on a nomination basis.
Last week, NBCC also announced a significant Rs 519 crore contract related to the Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti project. This assignment involves constructing permanent campuses for Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalayas across four states, including Telangana, Assam, Manipur, and Arunachal Pradesh.
The company recorded a 29.4% YoY increase in net profit to Rs 176 crore for the fourth quarter ended 31 March 2025, up from Rs 136 crore in Q4FY24. Revenue climbed by 16.2% to Rs 4,642.5 crore from Rs 3,996.3 crore last year.
Operating EBITDA increased by 19.3% to Rs 290 crore from Rs 243.2 crore in the previous year. The EBITDA margin was 6.25%, up from 6.09% in the same time last fiscal year.
