India struck an agreement with Nepal on Thursday to carry out seven high-impact development projects in the Himalayan nation with a grant of NRs 4.73 million.

The Indian Embassy in Kathmandu and Nepal’s Ministry of General Administration signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on projects in agriculture and health.

According to a statement released by the Indian Embassy, the projects include the construction of refrigerated stores, school facilities, and a birthing centre in several Nepali regions.
