BSNL has announced partnership with Hitachi Payment Services to facilitate round-the-clock phone bill payment via ATM.
BSNL CMD Anupam Shrivastava has said that “Some customers often miss to pay bill because of fix timing of BSNL counters. With these ATMs in place, customers will be able to pay their bill during any time of the day.
Hitachi’s ATMs, under the partnership, will be installed in all major customer service centres of BSNL.
BSNL will be providing free space in its premises to Hitachi to install and maintain ATMs.
Through these ATMs, BSNL customers will be able to pay their bills through these ATMs.
