Capital First, NBFC firm has concluded the allotment of Non-Convertible Debentures on a private placement basis for raising Rs 500 crore.
It has said in a regulatory filing that “The company has raised Rs 500 crore through issue of NCDs on private placement basis.”
5,000 NCDs have been alloted by the company of a face value of Rs 10 lakh each for raising the amount.
According to the company, the NCDs will be listed on NSE.
