Piramal Enterprise said that it will be raising up to Rs 100 crore by issuing debentures.
The company said in a BSE filing that the meeting of Committee of Directors has given its approval for the allotment of 1,000 unsecured redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs), having the Face Value of Rs 10 lakh each, aggregating to Rs 100 crore.
The listing of these NCDs shall be done on the National Stock Exchange of India.
