Power Minister Piyush Goyal has said that as many as 33 solar parks are going to be set up across the country as a part of an effort of reducing the production cost of solar power.

“33 solar parks are sanctioned in various parts of the country to achieve cost reduction of solar power generation through economies of scale and combined power evacuation facility,” he said and added that incentives are being provided for improving viability of solar power generations units.
