Aster DM Healthcare will open its initial public offer (IPO), for subscription on February 12, and the issue will be closing on February 15.
The price band of Rs.180-190 per share has been fixed by the company. It consists of a fresh issue of up to Rs.725 crore and an offer for sale of up to 1,34,28,251 equity shares by the promoter, Union Investments Private Limited.
Furthermore, it is expected that the company will raise around Rs.967-980 crore via the issue and the proceeds from the fresh issue will be used for repayment/prepayment of debt, purchase of medical equipment and general corporate purposes.
