Bajaj Auto has posted a four percent decline the the total sales for June at 3,16,969 units as compared to 3,31,317 of the same month of previous year.
The company has said in a BSE filing that the motorcycle sales fell 5 percent during the month to 2,73,298 units from 2,87,582 of June last year.
Company’s commercial vehicles sales remained flat during the month at 43,671 units against 43,735 in the year ago period.
In June this year, the exports were at 1,23,252 units against 1,56,074 a year earlier which is down 21 percent.
