On Thursday, the contract research arm of Biocon, Syngene International, has posted 31.25 percent increase in the net profit to Rs 58.8 crore for the third quarter of 2015-16 financial year.
Syngene International has said in a BSE filing that “The company had posted a net profit of Rs 44.8 crore during the October-December period of previous fiscal.”
Company’s standalone total income from operations also increased to Rs 280.4 crore for the quarter under consideration as compared to Rs 227.6 crore for the same period year ago.
