The US health regulator has made three observations to Dr Reddy’s Laboratories UK facility after inspecting it.
In a regulatory filing, Dr Reddy’s said that the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) has completed the audit of API Mirfield plant in UK on Friday.
It further said that “We have been issued a Form 483 with three observations, which we are addressing.
