The government has approved 14 foreign investment proposals including that of Alkem Laboratories Ltd and Lupin.
The Foreign Investment Promotion Board (FIPB) chaired by Shaktikanta Das, Economic Affairs Secretary, in its meeting has considered 14 FDI proposals for approval, Alkem Laboratories proposal was approved under the automatic route.
The Board has also approved the proposals of Hanon System of South Korea, BF Elbit Advanced Systems and Eucare Pharmaceuticals.
