Godrej Properties, on Monday, made an announcement to develop a new Luxury Housing Project in Noida. For this project , the realty firm will partner with Shipra Group, that has wide presence in the northern India.
In the official statement made, the firm revealed that its Godrej Properties’ fourth project in Noida and 13th in the National Capital Region (NCR).
The real estate wing of the Godrej group, said it has added a new luxury residential project in Noida, in the centrally located Sector 43.
“This project will offer approximately 2.2 million sq ft of saleable area and will be developed as a premium group housing development. This project is located in the city-centre Sector 43, in close proximity to the Noida Golf Course,” the Mumbai-based developer said.
