The promoters of GVK Power and Infrastructure, GV Sanjay Reddy and Krishnaram Bhupal have transferred a total of 1.63 percent stake in the firm to another promoter group entity Vertex Projects LLP.
As per the bulk deal data available with NSE, Reddy who is also the vice-chairman of GVK Power, has transferred 0.5 percent stake worth Rs 5.52 crore, and Bhupal has transferred 1.13 percent stake worth Rs 12.28 crore to Vertex.
