HDFC Asset Management Company made a strong market entry with a jump of 58% premium over listing price. The HDFC AMC had a listing price of Rs.1100 but the scrip went up to Rs.1739, a 58.09% premium rise on BSE.

HDFC AMC’s scrip got listed on Rs.1726.25, a 56.9% premium on NSE. HDFC AMC has offered 25.46 million shares which was well received among investors,as it was subscribed 83 times.

HDFC is the second asset management company to debut in market after Reliance Nippon Life AMC. HDFC AMC is a joint venture between Housing Development Finance Corporation and Standard Life Investment.
