Indiabulls Housing Finance is going to raise Rs 50 crore by issuing debentures on a private placement basis.
It has said in a BSE filing that “The Company proposes to issue 500 secured non-convertible redeemable Debentures with a face value of Rs 10 lakh each aggregating to Rs 50 crores plus Greenshoe Option, on Private Placement basis.”
On 10th of May the issue will be opened and the debentures would be having a tenor of 5 and 10 years.
