Indiabulls Real Estate has raised Rs 30 crore through issuing non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis.
The company in June, announced that it proposes to raise up to Rs 200 crore through issuance of NCDs on private placement basis.
Indiabulls Real Estate has informed in the BSE filing that the “company has allotted NCDs aggregating Rs 30 crore.”
It further said that the coupon rate for the NCDs is 10 percent.
