Inox Wind Infrastructure Services Ltd which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Inox Wind, has acquired Sarayu Wind Power (Kondapuram) private Ltd.
The company has said in a statement that “We hereby inform that continuing our expansion in southern states of India, Inox Wind Infrastructure Services Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Inox Wind Limited has acquired Sarayu Wind Power (Kondapuram) Private Limited, with effect from March 25, 2016.”
It has said that Sarayu Wind Power (Kondapuram) Private Ltd has become a step down subsidiary of Inox Wind Ltd.
The statement further said that in accordance with the company’s Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company remains closed from March 25 till March 27, 2016.”
