Inox Wind Infra has raised Rs 195 crore through NCDs

Inox Wind Infrastructure Services which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Inox Wind, has issued non-convertible debentures worth Rs 195 crore on a private placement basis.

The company has said in a regulatory filing that “The NCDs will carry a coupon rate of 8.33 percent (payable semi-annually) and are guaranteed by the company.”

The proceedings from the NCDs are going to be primarily used to finance the replacement capex, fresh capex, replacement of existing loans (including inter corporate deposits and optimally convertible debentures) and for general corporate purposes.
