The Digeplex and associated brands has been acquired by Piramal Enterprises today, from Shreya Lifesciences, for an amount which is not disclosed.
This acquisition will help Piramal Enterprises, to expand its gastro-intestinal product portfolio.
As per Piramal executive director, Nandini Piramal, “We believe Digeplex and its associated brands are a strategic fit for our portfolio that will help us move closer towards our stated objective.”
Further the company stated that, the acquisition will leverage the strong sales and its distribution capability and help improve profit margins.
