Rajinder Pal Singh who has been a former NHAI Chief is appointed by IRB Infrastructure which is a wholly owned subsidiary of IRB Infrastructure Developers, as the Chairman to the Board.
He has also been the Chairman & Managing Director, Punjab & Sind Bank and served as Secretary, Department of Industrial Policy & Promotions.
