Tata Global Beverage has sold stake in its associate company, Estate Management Services (EMSPL).

The company has divested 31.85% stake in the joint venture company Estate Management Services (EMSPL), via share sale and purchase agreement for a consideration of Rs.120 crore.

Now, EMSPL will no longer be an associate of Tata Global Beverages, which is effective from December 28,2017. This move is a part of the company’s overall strategy to focus on branded business in key geographies.
