Tata Motors has set up its Global Delivery Centre (GDC)’s new facility in Pune that aims to streamline the business processes and achieve cost optimisation goals.
Tata Motors has said in a statement that the 50,000 square feet facility would help in scaling up operations across multiple locations and timezones in 12-15 months.
C Ramakrishnan, Tata Motors Group CFO has said that “As part of continuing efforts to streamline our business processes, GDC is a critical function central to the business delivering SLA based transaction services, transforming business processes and analyzing transactional data to develop and deploy data models for better decision support.”
