Tata Power has introduced its digital interface via launching a universal mobile app for all its stakeholders along with employees as well as consumers in Mumbai and the national capital.
Tata Power has said in a BSE filing that “The Tata Power mobile app is specially designed to be an exclusive platform to help consumers and other stakeholders to connect and directly engage with the company.”
According to Anil Sardana, Tata Power CEO and MD has said that “Introduction of the Tata Power app will prove benefits to the costumers by giving them access to information, troubleshoot, get bill statements and even make payments on the move.”
