Tata Steel has divested its entire 50 percent stake in Tata Elastron SA for euro 0.368 million (around Rs 2.7 crore) to the joint venture partners.
The company has said in a regulatory filing that “Tata Steel’s entire equity stake in 50 percent joint venture viz. Tata Elastron SA has been divested to Elastron SA.”
Tata Stell has said that the total consideration from the sale is euro 0.368 million.
