The software firm Tech Mahindra and the US based MetricStream have entered into a strategic alliance to deliver governance, risk and compliance (GRC) solutions across the globe.

Tech Mahindra said in a statement that MetricStream’s leading enterprise and cloud apps for GRC allow clients to strengthen risk management, regulatory compliance, vendor governance and quality management while driving business performance.

It further said that Tech Mahindra has been working with MetricStream products and solutions on integration and acceptance testing as well as defining, implementing and testing of end-to-end GRC processes and added that the two companies will be helpful to simplify governance, risk and compliance for modern, digital enterprises.
